01 — THE ROLE

What is a
Campus Lead?

This isn't a standard ambassador role. As Campus Lead you own your university: you work directly with the Fate team on campaigns, ideas and campus initiatives, and you decide what actually works on your campus.

You'll be the person helping Fate become part of student life at your university.

Do I need a big following?+

No. Personality, your network and your ability to make things happen matter far more than follower count.

Who can apply?+

Students at London universities, 18 or over. We take a limited number of Campus Leads, so there's usually one per campus.

How much time does it take?+

Around 20 hours a month, arranged however suits your timetable.

How and when do I get paid?+

Monthly, by bank transfer: £210 guaranteed for completing your agreed responsibilities, plus £10 for every verified female user you bring above 20 that month.

Do I need to be on Fate already?+

Yes — download Fate and create a profile before applying. We ask for your Fate username on the form.

When do applications close?+

We review on a rolling basis and take a limited number per campus, so earlier is better.
